Social Entrepreneur. Speaker & Facilitator. Consultant.

Batuala Alexander is a social entrepreneur, creative strategist, and speaker on a mission to reshape the creative industry from the inside out.

His work challenges outdated systems and proves that you don’t have to choose between purpose and profit - you can build powerful ventures that do both.

Born and raised in Camden, Batuala turned personal adversity into momentum, rising from the estates of North West London to Nike’s European HQ, before founding the nationally recognised InZone Agency and Creators House. Today, he leads with a vision: to build a creative economy that’s not only more inclusive, but more sustainable, more impactful, and more human. And he does this through action. Over the last 5 years Batuala has provided free creative studios, therapy, and support, to thousands of underrepresented young people.

Whether in boardrooms or community spaces, on stage or behind the scenes, Batuala brings strategy, purpose, and systems thinking to everything he does - bridging the gap between culture, brands, community and government for lasting change.
